Abigail T. Rogado is a strategist and advisor with deep experience across technology, lifestyle, fashion, and consumer industries. Her career blends disciplined thinking with creative insight, shaped by years of operating in high-pressure environments where decisions carry lasting impact.

Before founding ARTTank, Abigail led integrated strategy and content initiatives for a multi-billion-dollar retailer and served in executive roles, including Vice President of Beauty at Hudson’s Bay Company, where she shaped marketing, business development, and transformation efforts across North America.

She is known for her ability to spot meaningful patterns early and interpret them in ways that drive real strategic advantage. She brings that same perspective to ARTTank — helping clients think clearly, weigh trade-offs, and decide with confidence.

Her work bridges industry leadership, deep curiosity, and a focus on outcomes that endure. Beyond advisory work, Abigail writes, speaks, and teaches on topics related to decision architecture, brand evolution, and leadership.
